As a real estate agency, we deal strictly with REO properties.  In fact, we are the only agency in North Carolina which focuses on the REO market exclusively.  That’s right, nothing else. 

As a result, I feel we offer services and expertise unparalleled by other agencies.  This also allows us to focus completely on the needs of banks and asset management companies, with a unique understanding of the intrinsic challenges of marketing REO properties.

We have one of the shortest turn around times in the state, from property listing to sale.  In addition, we have shown an astonishing accuracy in our valuations.  In fact, 90% of our properties sell within 5% of our established value, with most coming under contract within 60 days of listing at our recommended values.
